Numerous turrets, battlements and decorative paintings adorn the exterior of the historic Hotel Waldstätterhof. This striking building was built as early as 1898 and has been listed since 1986. Nevertheless, numerous renovations have been carefully carried out on the halls, hotel rooms, bathrooms and roof since 1997. A lounge, another seminar room, new rooms and suites were also added. So today guests can stay in one of 96 rooms with either bright, modern or traditional, cosy furnishings. Well-equipped, quiet seminar rooms are also available to visitors for various events. Guests can indulge in market-fresh delicacies at the Waldstätterhof restaurant.
As popular accommodation, this superior hotel produces a fair amount of laundry from rooms, restaurant, kitchen and housekeeping. Depending on the workload, about 100 kg of laundry are washed every day. To be able to clean everything quickly, hygienically and efficiently, the Hotel Waldstätterhof has relied on Schulthess since 2004. Schulthess machines are extremely durable, says manager Susanne H. Graber-Ulrich. After 17 years of operation, the hotel replaced the machines only a year ago. In addition to the two washing machines and the dryer, Schulthess’s reliable customer service is vital to the hotel. This is because as a hotel and restaurant, services are provided 365 days a year, which is why any repairs must also be as quick as possible.
